We’re delighted to share that two of our site team members at Strawberry Meadows — Assistant Site Manager Matty Stabler and Site Manager Dale Taylor — have recently been recognised through the Thomas Armstrong Group Staff Suggestion Scheme.
Both Matty and Dale put forward practical ideas that were successfully implemented and have already helped improve the way we work on site. Their contributions support the continued focus on efficiency, safety, and quality across all our developments.
Each received a £100 award in appreciation of their suggestions, presented on site last week. It’s great to see their initiative making a positive impact, and we’re proud to celebrate the efforts of team members who go above and beyond in their roles.
